Train and guide customers on the use of electronic banking channels to facilitate transactions. Report any issues with electronic channels to the relevant departments. Propose new debit cards and other banking services to customers, ensuring compliance with monthly management plans.

Completed high school diploma; university student preferred. Basic knowledge of technology trends and digital finance. Experience with computers and familiarity with kiosks, ATMs, and call centers is a plus.
