Core Responsibilities

The Commercial Telemarketing Manager will support the inbound prospecting process by contacting and qualifying leads generated by marketing, focusing on learning and executing the process well. Daily tasks include contacting assigned inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn, asking basic qualification questions, and scheduling meetings for commercial executives.

Requirements

Candidates should be technical, students, or recent graduates in administrative, commercial, or related areas, with up to one year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (not excluding). Basic digital tool proficiency is required, along with a strong desire to learn, grow in the commercial area, and availability to work full-time on-site in Santiago, Chile.
