Engenharia de Software Sênior | RD Station (Remoto)

Develop and evolve backend solutions that meet business and user needs. Transform loosely defined problems into viable deliverables in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams. Propose and implement solutions to improve account and user management on the RD platform. Participate in code reviews and apply best practices and agile methodologies to maintain delivery quality and efficiency.

Solid experience with identity, authentication, or authorization. Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and backend development. Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, and event-driven architecture. Experience with transactional databases (SQL or NoSQL) and observability tools like Datadog.
