What You'll Do
Lead a committed and empowered team of specialists delivering tangible improvements. Support the continuous growth and development of the direct team through development plans and performance management. Assist Operational Leaders in identifying, prioritizing, resolving issues, and evaluating the success of improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. At least 8 years of experience in mining operations, operational excellence, organizational transformation, or continuous improvement. Proven experience in implementing and sustaining operational excellence systems such as BOS, Lean Management, or equivalent methodologies.
