Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Architect autonomous offensive systems by designing and piloting an AI-agent-powered offensive security platform. Plan and conduct continuous testing against QuintoAndar’s global attack surface and complex microservices architectures. Drive complex engineering deliverables from scoping to operational deployment while translating technical risks into business impact for stakeholders.

Proven background as a Senior/Staff Offensive Security Engineer or Principal Penetration Tester with experience in web apps, APIs, and cloud environments. Hands-on experience with AI-driven applications and Kubernetes architecture. Strong programming skills to build production-grade tooling and integrate offensive discoveries into vulnerability management engines.

Remote-first work model allowing employees to work from anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.
