What You'll Do
Design, build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs in Java. Write clean, testable code with good unit and integration test coverage using JUnit. Model data and write efficient SQL against Oracle DB, and tune queries, indexes and transactions. Review pull requests and help keep coding standards and technical documentation in good shape.
What We're Looking For
Around 5 years of professional experience in backend development with Java (Java 11+, ideally 17/21). Solid automated testing skills with JUnit, plus mocking frameworks such as Mockito. Hands-on experience with Maven: multi-module projects, dependency management and build lifecycle. Good knowledge of a Java application framework (Spring Boot, Jakarta EE or similar) and persistence with JPA/Hibernate.
