Manager, Data Engineering

Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Privacy, and business teams to translate business needs into clear priorities and execution plans. Partner with data product management to build the team’s roadmap and backlog, connecting priorities to measurable business outcomes. Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team through regular feedback and performance management.

8–10+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, including at least 5+ years directly managing data engineers. Strong data engineering experience and hands-on technical leadership across data architecture, modeling, ETL/ELT, and scalable distributed systems. Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
