Run Discovery by leading stakeholder interviews and workshops to create clear, testable requirements and user stories. Document current and future-state processes, including flowcharts and use cases, to identify and close gaps before delivery. Follow Agile/Scrum or Kanban practices to adapt to the team's rhythm and resolve stakeholder conflicts by building trust-based relationships.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of Business Analyst experience with a proven track record of independently owning a workstream. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Miro, along with familiarity with platforms like Adobe AEM and Salesforce.
