What You'll Do
Define and update the mortgage product shelf based on benchmarks. Negotiate pricing conditions with Risk and Finance to ensure product profitability. Implement training strategies and commercial execution with BEX and the branch network. Conduct constant market analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory knowledge of the mortgage and real estate market. At least 5 years of strategic experience in the banking/financial sector. Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or engineering. Demonstrable experience in leading teams of 3 to 5 people.
