Senior PMO Project Manager

Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans. Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance. Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs). Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.

5–7 years of project management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk management documentation. Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).
