Analista Pleno de Prevenção de Perdas (Investigação) - Mercado Envios

Collect, record, interpret, and analyze data related to processes and their respective losses and inconsistencies, proposing alternatives and coordinating teams. Consolidate data on losses and damages to support daily decisions, identifying trends through methodologies and studies. Create dashboards and visual tools to provide visibility for the area, organizing presentations for management and meetings to propose solutions based on key performance indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Law, Computer Science, Logistics, or related fields. Previous experience in similar roles covering Processes, Security, Data Analysis, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, Investigations, Quality, Inventory, Operations, or Industry. Solid knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Tools, experience in Automation using AI, and familiarity with Dashboards and Business Intelligence.
