Lead the relationship with the on-site logistics operator, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements. Review, implement, and improve business processes to positively impact the buying and selling experience. Design, monitor, and present key performance indicators to ensure operational objectives and efficiency. Implement and supervise logistics processes, including productivity, deliveries, receipts, inventory management, and returns.
Requirements
Be a student (close to graduation) or a professional in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Have knowledge in data analysis, KPIs, and proficiency in modeling and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or BigQuery) and Office/G-Suite. Experience in logistics operations with team leadership, managing 3PL in distribution or storage centers, and knowledge in supply chain and last-mile distribution.
