[Job-32012] Forward Deployed Engineer – Senior Java

Work hands-on with complex, existing Java applications and enterprise codebases. Analyze and reverse-engineer existing systems to understand architecture, dependencies, business logic, and technical constraints. Use AI-assisted development tools as an integral part of the engineering workflow, including code generation, analysis, refactoring, testing, and documentation.

Strong Java development experience, ideally within enterprise environments and complex existing systems. At least 3 months of hands-on experience using Cursor as the primary AI code-generation tool within a team project, OR at least 6 months of practical experience with comparable AI coding tools. Strong ability to understand and navigate unfamiliar and complex codebases.
