Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational projects to design CS playbooks, workflows, and automation that scale customer success. Build internal tools and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into customer health and retention metrics.

Requirements

Requires 5+ years of experience in CS, Revenue, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment. Must be proficient in Salesforce, BI tools, and advanced spreadsheet software with a proven track record of delivering operational processes.
