Monitor key metrics to achieve operational effectiveness. Ensure timely execution of processes and maintain high compliance levels with client requirements. Process entries accurately and ensure timely billing for clients. Actively participate in meetings and respond to emails professionally.

Bachelor's degree in Customs or Foreign Trade or equivalent education and experience. Experience in Mexican customs clearance preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs. Fluency in English (60%) and Spanish.
