Lead, monitor, and develop 3 Senior Analysts, ensuring operational coherence and high performance across zones. Supervise the entire operation of the Contact Hub in three zones, ensuring operational fluidity and compliance with key metrics. Monitor daily operational KPIs and make real-time corrective decisions. Act as the main liaison for the Contact Hub with Talent Acquisition leaders, managing expectations and prioritizing demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Spanish. Experience in leading contact center operations. Expertise in mass recruitment and personnel selection for operational profiles, including ATS and CRM usage. Experience with data analysis and metrics applied to high-volume operations or mass recruitment.
