Core Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth in the Drinks and Personal & Home Care categories by negotiating strategic marketing plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major manufacturers and partners. This role involves prospecting new brands, executing multi-faceted strategies (Trade Marketing, Media, Sampling, Data), leading disruptive e-commerce campaigns, and managing account revenue and profitability.

Requirements

Candidates must have 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, negotiation, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), coupled with a degree in Marketing, Administration, or related fields. Essential requirements include strong relationship management skills, an analytical and results-oriented strategic profile, a passion for sales, and advanced English proficiency.
