Core Responsibilities

This role involves handling complex claims for VIP clients, including analysis, validation, tracking adjuster assignments, and communicating with clients and insurers via phone, email, and visits. The analyst will also be responsible for preparing reports for claim tracking and monitoring, issuing recommendations, and coordinating the claim process with adjusters and insurers.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Law degree, which is an exclusive requirement, and possess 1 to 2 years of specific experience in claims handling. Essential proficiency in English is required, particularly for serving English-speaking clients or the hotel sector, along with intermediate Excel skills for basic reporting.
