Core Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the team with reimbursement submissions by accurately submitting claims through agency portals and communicating with families to gather necessary information. Additionally, the assistant will manage calendars, schedule tasks and appointments, and ensure all entries are correctly updated across various internal and agency systems.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 Advanced level) and be highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented. The ideal applicant should be tech-savvy, capable of learning multiple online portals, and comfortable professionally communicating with families via phone and email while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
