Responsibilities include resolving user requests, handling elite user support, and addressing inquiries via various platforms like email, WhatsApp, and Slack.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service via Chat and must be available for night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, with one day off during the week. Proficiency in CRM management is required, and an orthography exam will be administered.
