Bachelor's degree required. Advanced knowledge and prior experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies. Proficiency in presentation and content creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma) and digital authoring platforms. Ability to articulate with diverse stakeholders and knowledge of beauty categories will be a differential.
