IT Support Associate II

Perform server room maintenance and administration, including backups. Manage procurement, asset management, and inventory. Provide helpdesk administration and training. Ensure cybersecurity and disaster recovery planning.

Bachelor's Degree is mandatory. IT Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, or Linux are considered a plus. Preferred IT helpdesk background with fluent English speaking skills.
