This role is responsible for the overall control of the shift, monitoring airport section activities, and coordinating with other sections to ensure the punctuality and safety of all Qatar Airways operations. Key duties include acting as a liaison, managing manpower, resolving customer issues, conducting briefings, and compiling detailed station handling reports.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory role within an airline or reputable Ground Handling Agent (GHA). Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being an advantage, alongside knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp Handling, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
