Software Engineer, EAA

Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies for CX compliance agent platforms. Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations that extend platform capabilities. Drive cross-functional outcomes on complex problems in collaboration with product, design, security, data, and peer engineering teams.

4+ years of production software engineering experience building large-scale systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform). Demonstrated experience integrating third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms into production systems. Proficiency in distributed systems patterns including rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and event-driven architectures.

The target annual base salary for this position can range from R$341.240 to R$359.200 BRL. Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
