Virtual Retirement Specialist

The specialist will support plan sponsors and participants through virtual interactions like 1:1s, workshops, and webinars, focusing on driving enrollment, renewals, and rollover sales within the assigned territory. They must cultivate relationships with key contacts to grow plan assets while delivering impactful retirement education and planning.
Requirements
Candidates need 3 to 5 years of experience in retirement planning, retirement solutions, or sales/relationship roles, along with required FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 (or 7/66) licenses plus a resident life insurance license. A strong passion for education, strategic thinking, and helping others achieve financial confidence is essential for this role.
