Field Operations Supervisor (Temporal)

Supervise the operational functioning and live monitoring of assigned stores. Lead and train store teams, ensuring standardized process execution. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to meet business objectives. Maintain a smooth relationship with branch management, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Experience leading teams in operations, retail, logistics, or supermarkets. Proficiency in operational metrics and tracking tools (reports, dashboards, KPIs). Experience in negotiation and task prioritization with direct business impact. Availability for afternoon shifts and mobility in assigned areas.
