This senior individual contributor role supports post-sale operations, focusing on customer onboarding, renewals, expansions, and support workflows by ensuring systems and reporting align with Sales Operations standards. The analyst will serve as the first-level system administrator for CS and Support tools, build operational reports, and develop necessary documentation and SOPs.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CS Operations within a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment, with a strong understanding of post-sale activities like renewals and lifecycle management. Required technical skills include hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and supporting Customer Success and Support platforms.
