Lead all Finance and Accounting activities for the Mexico entity. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, reporting, and statutory compliance. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Analyze financial performance, profitability, revenue trends, and cost drivers. Develop financial models and business cases to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing finance teams. Strong background in Controllership, Financial Reporting, Compliance, and Audit Management. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
