Senior Analyst, Billing Operations

Manage billing processes across the business, including corrections and adjustments. Provide billing support to internal stakeholders to resolve account and invoice issues. Support reconciliation of billing data across systems to ensure consistency and compliance. Identify opportunities to reduce manual work using available tools and document ongoing process improvements.

Preferred BA or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or revenue operations—preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business. Familiarity with billing workflows and correction processes. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
