This role focuses on building the internal AI squad to transform the company into an AI-native organization by designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automation solutions in production. Responsibilities include identifying internal processes for AI redesign, developing scalable solutions across various business verticals, and collaborating with business teams to solve real operational problems.
Requirements
Candidates need proven experience building and deploying real-world AI or automation solutions, practical experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, or APIs, and a strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders are preferred.
