Develop new product features focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability. Build and evolve AI agents, including instructions, tools, context, memory, and quality evaluation. Deliver quality code with unit tests and engage directly with business users to understand processes and transform them into products.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Strong understanding of logic, algorithms, and data structures. Experience in programming regardless of the language and a genuine desire to work with AI applied to business problems.
