HR Controller

Ensure efficient management of the Human Resources budget and personnel costs, ensuring financial objectives are met. Design and implement control tools for tracking expenses and budget execution. Develop and present key HR indicators for management and headquarters. Analyze and justify monthly variations in HR costs and organizational structure, proposing corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management Control, Finance, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, or People Analytics. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
