Core Responsibilities

Drive regional sales growth by owning and executing the end-to-end sales cycle for both Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in Rio de Janeiro. Leverage your local network to generate qualified leads and manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Optimize the sales engine using tools like Hubspot and Metabase to track KPIs and improve conversion rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, legal, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets. Deep knowledge of the Rio de Janeiro corporate landscape and an active local network among finance leaders and decision-makers. Demonstrated capability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and interface confidently with C-level executives. Working proficiency in English and fluent Portuguese.
