Oversee and optimize Order to Cash (O2C) operations for North America, focusing on critical financial metrics like DSO and cash flow. Manage the relationship with the external BPO partner and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and extensive subject matter expertise in AR/O2C and process improvement. Experience managing large-scale business transformations and outsourced BPO providers in a global organization is preferred.
