Core Responsibilities

The Recruiting Assistant will support daily recruiting operations to ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process, which includes guiding candidates, managing documentation, and scheduling interviews. Key tasks involve responding to manager inquiries, posting job vacancies, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and assisting with reports and communication across teams.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Upper-Intermediate English level along with excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily stakeholder interaction. Essential qualifications include strong coordination, high attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and strong organizational skills for documentation maintenance.
