Ensure the execution and evolution of Legal Ops operations end-to-end, monitoring flows, volumes, deadlines, quality, backlog, and risks. Manage the performance of BPOs and suppliers, aligning goals, capacity, productivity, quality, and service levels. Develop analysts and strengthen team execution with context, direction, feedback, and autonomy, while maintaining a hands-on approach to identify bottlenecks and improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience in managing large-scale operations and continuous improvement. Six Sigma certification is a plus. Experience with implementing technologies and automations to scale operations. Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence.
