What You'll Do
Integrate subject matter and industry expertise within the collateral management area. Resolve complex problems related to collateral procedures and industry standards. Coach and train new team members while supervising junior staff to ensure daily responsibilities are completed. Identify collateral-related control deficiencies and implement appropriate procedures to mitigate risks.
What We're Looking For
5-8 years of industry experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical skills and exceptional customer service skills are required.
