Core Responsibilities

Identify target opportunities and manage the full sales cycle while building strategic relationships with customers. Manage requests from your book of business, including technical support escalations and billing questions. Act as an advisor to customers to ensure effective solution usage and monitor usage trends to uncover renewal risks.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a customer account facing role. Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience in negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections for up-sell/cross-sell activities.
