The role involves ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of physical inventory by correctly registering, controlling, and auditing all merchandise movements within Dark Stores. Key duties include detecting deviations, identifying root causes, and executing corrective actions to reduce shrinkage and strengthen operational discipline.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 4 to 6 years of experience in inventory control and management, ideally within retail, dark stores, logistics, or supply chain environments. Solid knowledge of FIFO, shrinkage control, executing counts/audits, analytical skills for root cause identification, and experience generating KPI reports are essential.
