Act as the Risk Operations SME for complex, high-risk, and sensitive cases. Support the Risk Desk Manager in driving operational excellence and quality standards. Review and enhance risk policies, procedures, and operational frameworks. Analyze emerging risks, customer activity, and operational trends to provide recommendations.

Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field. Strong decision-making and communication skills.
