Execute initiatives for acquiring, communicating, and engaging the delivery network to enhance availability and participation in delivery operations. Manage operational configurations for communication and incentives in CRM tools, organize information about the delivery network, and create materials and presentations to share results and identified opportunities. Analyze indicators of availability, order acceptance, delivery time, costs, and performance by region, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities through analyses and projections.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to organize information, analyze indicators, interpret data, and present conclusions in a structured manner. Desirable knowledge in CRM, programming, and Spanish. Must be agile in learning from challenges and passionate about stepping out of comfort zones.

Hybrid work arrangement, requiring presence in the office one to two times a week.
