Analista IBM API Connect

Monitor the health and performance of IBM API Connect subsystems using observability tools. Support the resolution of P3/P4 incidents under the supervision of senior profiles. Extract logs for incident diagnosis and execute connectivity tests between consumers, gateways, and backend systems.

1 to 2 years of experience in infrastructure support or middleware platforms. Introductory knowledge of IBM API Connect or equivalent API management platforms. Basic operational knowledge of Kubernetes and familiarity with public cloud environments, preferably AWS.

12x5 coverage (Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 19:00, Colombia time) for P3/P4; on-call support supervised for P1/P2. Development plan includes certification itinerary in IBM API Connect, Kubernetes (CKA), and public cloud (AWS).
