Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a chat contact center environment. Essential requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, high levels of empathy, and proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems.
