Data Scientist Manager - Validação de Estratégias de Crédito

Lead the Credit Strategy Validation area, ensuring independent evaluations and grounded recommendations for the business. Define priorities, direct team actions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Conduct discussions with partner areas such as Business, Risk, Modeling, Products, and Analytics, promoting technical alignments and challenges regarding credit strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in Credit Risk, Credit Strategies, Credit Policies, Analytics, Modeling, or Portfolio Management. Proven leadership experience with technical and multidisciplinary teams, and proficiency in SQL and Python/Spark for data manipulation and analysis.
