Senior Oracle Finance BA

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for transformation and optimization. Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business sign-off activities.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions. Strong knowledge of Finance business processes. Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
