Manage, negotiate, and recover overdue credit operations through field management. Follow established parameters for current, overdue, execution, and write-off accounts. Engage with clients to facilitate debt recovery and maintain effective communication throughout the process.

Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or student in Economics, Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in collections or debt recovery, preferably in financial institutions. Knowledge of ASFI regulations and financial analysis is desirable.
