Plan and lead the development of continuous improvements in existing products based on business needs and impact. Design and develop automated controls for key systems in the cost and revenue structure of Mercado Envios to optimize performance and prevent losses. Diagnose and map end-to-end process flows, systems, and areas to identify risks and issues affecting revenues and costs. Propose process or system improvements and present results to area leaders while interacting with various teams at Mercado Livre.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in data analysis, solution development, and creating medium to long-term development maps. Desired experience with cloud product management. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and visualization tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar, as well as AI tools for automating manual processes or developing agents.
