Engage and assist clients digitally through chat, video, and app. Update clients on Select portfolio benefits and differentials. Conduct consultative sales of low-complexity credit, investment, and insurance products. Collect and update client data while resolving demands remotely.

Advanced knowledge of customer experience. Experience in sales and proficiency with digital tools. CPA 10 certification is mandatory. Relevant experience in remote customer service. Mastery of digital service channels, customer journey, and financial products.
