What You'll Do
Define the product strategy and roadmap for Loan Collections, from prevention to late recovery. Lead initiatives to improve recovery and payment experience, prioritizing simple, digital, personalized, and scalable solutions. Design self-management journeys for debt consultation, payment, and access to available alternatives.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, leading digital products from discovery to implementation. Experience in lending, collections, payments, or financial services, particularly in debt recovery journeys. Proven ability to translate complex problems into product vision and measurable impact.
