Provide support in self-service or business platform to ensure efficient service for members. Offer information about products and services to enhance customer service and close deals. Guide members on using self-service options to promote adoption and streamline service. Identify and promote new business opportunities with members to present financial solutions that meet their needs.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Professional experience in customer service or sales activities. Basic knowledge of banking products and services. Certification CPA, CPro R, or CPro I is a plus. Availability of hours and residence in Lindóia - SP or nearby regions.
